When it comes to electric cars there is only one company whose name automatically rolls out on people’s tongue, which is Tesla. Tesla Model 3 is the car which has been released after Model S and it is also much more cost-effective than Model S. Model 3 offers different sets of ranges depending upon your choice of battery. In real-world testing, it has been claimed that this car can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds which according to me is crazy fast. Tesla Model 3 is the cheapest model yet by Tesla which you can buy considering the fact that delivers of Model Y have only begun in some parts of the world.

The standard model of this EV offers a claimed range of 250 miles. But when you upgrade to the Performance model or the Long Range model, you get a range of 322 miles. Tesla has a wide network of fast charging stations already, so you shouldn’t have a problem while travelling anywhere in Tesla Model 3.
Model 3 can be recharged up to 172 miles in just 15 minutes at one of the 16000+ supercharging stations places around the world. You can also charge it home by plugging the charging in it and leaving it overnight. You don’t have to worry about someone damaging your charging socket or your car because Tesla has already built a safety feature within the car (you might have seen some videos regarding this on the internet).
Interior and Safety
The interior of Model 3 is relatively very simple when compared to any other car that you have seen before. Everything is controlled by the big screen located at the centre of the dashboard. The front seats are very comfortable and the design of the inside of this model provides us with an airy feel. The floor is completely flat. The only con of this model is that the rear seats are a bit cramped up so a Large person may have a hard time while sitting on the rear seats. Ample space is provided for bags so you don’t have to worry about that at all.
The most noticeable thing about this Tesla aren’t its headlights or design or anything else, it is definitely the infotainment system. Like any other car, you can control the features of your car like climate control, GPS and everything else. It is also equipped with other features like Android Auto, Apple Carplay etc. But what makes this infotainment system interesting is that you can watch movies and tv shows using your accounts on Netflix, Hulu etc. You can also use this display to play games as well. You will have to see it yourself to know what I am talking about.
The whole structure of Model 3 is made up of aluminium and steel. It has also been tested many times to reveal that even the glass roof holds the whole weight of the car in case of an accident. So you don’t have to worry about your safety while travelling in this EV. Some other safety features are:
- Lane departure warning
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Driver Assist System (commonly known as Autopilot )
- Automated Emergency Braking
(Do check out the YouTube videos regarding the Autopilot System !!)
